How to download the Expo App

  1. Access the App Store on iOS devices or the Play Store on an Android device.
  2. Search for HealthShare NSW & eHealth NSW Expo. Once you’ve found the App, tap either Get or Install.
  3. After installing, a new icon will appear on your home screen.

You will need your Apple ID ready if using an Apple device.

Verifying Your Account

  1. You will be asked to verify your account with a code sent to your email address.
  2. Exit the App and open your verification email. You will see it includes a six digit code.
  3. Return to the App and enter the verification code. Then tick Verify to log in.
